Debit cards, HSA cards, and credit cards are all accepted. A valid card on file is required. Payment is processed on day of service.

We currently only accept Premera and Lifewise for therapy sessions and evaluations.

For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance may reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. Typically 40-80%, depending on your plan.

We see clients on a weekly basis for at least the first 6-months of our time together. Weekly sessions support the establishment and growth of a relationship that fosters consistency and trust, which are integral to your success in therapy. After this initial period, you and your therapist can decide if biweekly sessions are right for you.

Monthly sessions will be considered for long term clients who feel they have met their goals and wish to meet for maintenance purposes. These sessions are not regularly scheduled and appointment times are based on therapist availability.

You must cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. You will be charged the full amount of the session fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will considered a no-show/late cancel. If you communicate that you are going to be late, the therapist will determine if the session can be conducted.

Green Coast Counseling offers a limited number of reduced fee spots for those looking for lower cost counseling. Please contact us regarding availability.
